4. Listing Guidelines

When posting vehicle listings, you must:

• Be the legal owner or authorized seller of the vehicle
• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
• Use only your own photos or photos you have permission to use
• Set realistic and honest prices
• Not post duplicate or spam listings
• Not advertise stolen vehicles or engage in fraudulent activities

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes illegal activities
• Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Transaction Disclaimer

Peep.lk is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction.

7. Fees and Payments

Creating an account and posting basic vehicle listings on Peep.lk is free. We may offer premium services or features for a fee in the future. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you incur them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Peep.lk name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Peep.lk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peep.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, any unauthorized access to your account, or any third-party conduct on our platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peep.lk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
